1.        What is your general comment on the course “Histology and Embryology”?

Critical reasons in detail: There is a lot of material covered which should be useful in the upcoming years.  

Constructive suggestions in detail: The course is well organized considering the amount of material which is taught.                                         

 

2.        What is your specific comment on the textbook of course “Histology and Embryology”?

a) Perfect;  b) Good;  c) Fair;  d) Poor;  e) Others:                          

Critical reasons in detail: The book covers most though not all of the important details taught in the lecture and has useful diagrams and captions for the figures.    

Constructive suggestions in detail: It would be easier and faster to understand if the figure referenced in the text appear on the same page as the actual figure.         

 

3.        What is your specific comment on the teaching format of course “Histology and Embryology”?

a) Perfect;  b) Good;  c) Fair;  d) Poor; e) Others:                            

Critical reasons in detail: Doing the homework ppt helped me to learn the material better.         

Constructive suggestions in detail: I think having the teachers provide the powerpoint slides for all the lectures would help greatly in preparing for the final examination.            

 

4.        What is your specific comment on the formative evaluating system of course “Histology and Embryology”?

a) Perfect;  b) Good;  c) Fair;  d) Poor;  e) Others:                          

Critical reasons in detail: I think the distribution of the marks for the class is fair.    

Constructive suggestions in detail: Perhaps more marks should be given for the practical midterm and final, as currently they do not account for much in comparison to the theory final exam.      

 

5.        What is your specific comment on the teachers giving your lectures and practicals of course “Histology and Embryology”?

a) Perfect;  b) Good;  c) Fair;  d) Poor;  e) Others:                            

Critical reasons in detail: All of the teachers seem knowledgeable regarding the material which they are responsible for teaching.     

Constructive suggestions in detail: It would be great if all teachers are able to provide powerpoint of their lectures for the students to study from as the textbook is filled with information which sometimes are not critical nor relevant to the course.
