Research Interests

·           The microenvironment of tumors and central nerve system

·           Immunological therapy for cancers and Alzheimer’s diseases

Research Description

The tumor microenvironment is similar to that of central nerve system to some extend, for example, higher expression of TGF-β,higher infiltration of Tregs and some other negative regulation cytokines for immunological system. Immune senescence with aging has also played a crucial role in tumor and AD development. We focus on finding new treatments for tumors and neurodegenerative diseases by immunological therapy ways, by stimulating inactive immune effecter cells and reversing immune senescence.
