彭希哲，英国伦敦经济学院人口学博士，现任复旦大学社会发展与公共政策学院教授、复旦大学公共管理与公共政策研究国家创新基地主任、复旦大学社会科学数据研究中心主任。主要研究领域包括中国人口动态与人口政策、老龄化与社会保障、城镇化与人口流动、劳动就业、社会性别与反贫困等。现主持上海高校智库研究项目“特大城市人口与社会经济协调发展研究”和国家自然科学基金面上项目“家庭政策仿真与中国养老制度安排的多元福利模型”等。代表性学术成果包括：
