阮元元男,生物化学与分子生物学系教授。以肿瘤糖生物学作为主要研究方向,主要发现了:(1)糖链受体CLEC-2在胃癌中的表达、功能以及介导信号传导的新机制,证实CLEC-2 通过与糖链配体结合在抑制PI3K/AKT通路活化以及胃癌细胞转移中的作用(Gastroenterology2016)。同时,也鉴定了介导CLEC-2通过蛋白酶体途径降解的E3泛素连接酶CHIPCellular Signalling2016)。(2)糖蛋白RACK1影响肝癌、胃癌等消化系统肿瘤生长、转移和耐药的功能机制及其糖基化修饰在其中所发挥的作用。阐述了RACK1O-GlcNAc糖基化在促进癌基因翻译和肝癌发生发展中的重要作用(Journal of Clinical Investigation2012Journal of Hepatology2018),也发现RACK1 通过调控miR-302c影响炎症因子IL-8表达和胃癌侵袭转移的分子机制(Cancer Research2015)。)2017年获上海市青年科技启明星(上海市科委,2017),2015年获复旦大学优秀博士后,复旦大学,2015
