潘晓云 副教授
主要研究方向:
主要从事生物入侵生态学和群落生态学研究,包括从构成性、诱导性防御和耐性等方面研究外来入侵植物的生长/防御进化;入侵植物对泛化和专化天敌昆虫的防御综合征及其群落生态学后果;水生外来植物入侵河岸带生物群落的机制;基于扩散模型的外来入侵植物控制和管理等。
在本课程中担任的工作:
(1)指导学生掌握“点-四分方法”、“样方法”取样技术;通过绘制“种-面积曲线”、计算多样性指数和物种相对重要值等训练,使学生掌握定量描述植物群落结构的基本知识和技能;
(2)在植物群落调查这一重要内容的基础上,增加了“观察与拍照-森林生态系统中的种间关系”的新内容,在有限的时间内引导学生近距离观察和研究诸如竞争、捕食、共生等重要的种间关系,以拓展学生的宏观生物学视野;
(3)指导学生以分类学为基础,关注生态学前沿问题(如外来生物入侵、群落构建的中性理论等)利用实习基地设计生态学课题,并发表论文3篇。
