本教学团队具备较强教学和学术能力，主讲老师均获得计算机科学或管理科学或信息系统博士学位，队伍梯队合理，由一位资深教授和三位年轻讲师组成，全组员大多数年龄在30-40岁之间，具有较好的活力，完全可以承担每次40-70人的课堂教学和电子商务实践工作。

革与教

学研究

综述近五年来教学改革、教学研究成果及其解决的问题（不超过十项）

1.从教学方式上讲，在教师课堂讲授的同时，这几年充分吸收并引入西方商学院先进的案例教学和课外小组内学习讨论的方式，辅以课堂小组讨论和系统演示。特别是小案例的采用，活跃了课堂氛围，调动了同学们的注意力，加强了同学小组之间和师生之间的讨论交流，对引发同学联系实际、积极思考，加深对课程内容的深刻理解非常有帮助。另外，积极响应国家教委关于积极采用英文教学的倡议，近五年来，本课程采用英文原版教材、英文阅读教材和案例（自编案例为中文）。所有的PowerPoint、板书、作业和考试均采用英文，很受学生的欢迎。

2.注重网络互动，主要通过网上虚拟校园与学生互动，为学生提供电子课件下载，网上通知发布、网上作业提交和修改，以及通过电子邮件回答问题等。

3.教学相长：注意提供电子商务企业的实际运营问题和案例给学生，帮助学生掌握解决实际问题的能力。启发学生利用课堂教授的理论知识积极思考现实企业问题，很大程度上培养了学生的独立思考能力，让很多学生养成了主动思考、深入思考的习惯。

培养

近五年培养青年教师的措施与效果。

本教学组大多数都是年轻教师，老师间共享讲义和教学资源，并采用由资深老师旁听青年老师讲课，课下提出意见和建议的“老带新”方式，目前本团队梯队建设完善，青年老师均可很好地独立上课，并获得学生较好的评价。
