《国际商法》课程涵盖跨国贸易背景下相关的国际商法体系，以及具体的商务交易规则与纠纷解决机制。既包括中国涉外经济法律制度，国外主要商事法律制度，也包括国际法层面上的商法制度。目的在于引导学生研究国际商事立法，分析案例，培养学生发现问题与解决问题的能力。

International Business Law —— Chinese Chapter from a Comparative Perspective is a seminar course designed to introduce practicing business law in a transnational environment. It will provide a framework for practicing business law in the global environment, and will also introduce specific business transactions and work through examples of how international and foreign law may affect the ways in which particular transactions are structured and regulated.Over the semester, various aspects of “doing business” and especially the Chinese business law system will be examined in the context of globalization and from the perspective of comparative law. The goal is for students to understand both the legal theories and practices in the field of business law, and to be able to analyze and resolve international business law issues in the real business world.
