讲授的主要课程：

1、《营养与健康》，本科生通识教育核心课程，周学时为2。

孙建琴教授主讲，团队中有6位具有副高职称的营养师营养医生共同讲课

每届选课与考试人数100人以上。

2、《临床营养学》，专业选修课，周学时为 2，限医学生4年级及以上同学选修。从2008年至2015年，每届选修人数在60-80人

3、《老年医学与临床实践》医学研究生必修课，每届选修80-100人，周学时为2，本人承担2学时讲课。
