Course Evaluation

Student grades are based on the following parts:

 - Class attendance and participation                  15%

 - Class presentation                                               15%

 - Assignment                                                           30%

 - Term paper                                                           40%

Each student is required to make a presentation at the beginning of each class on the topic in that week. The presentation should include a summary of the readings and a student’s own thoughts and critiques. The maximum time of presentation is 20 minutes.

Final paper should apply theories or frameworks learned in class to analyze an e-governance case or issue in China. The paper should be 10 pages long for master students and 6 pages long for undergraduate students (single spaced with a font size 12 and regular margin using the APA reference style).
