1993年毕业于上海医科大学药学院, 2003年于日本国立九州大学获得博士学位。20036月进入复旦大学药学院药剂学教研室工作,历经讲师、副教授,20081月遴选为副教授博士生导师,20105月晋升为教授。2015年获得国家杰出青年科学基金。现任复旦大学药学院药剂教研室主任、教育部智能化递药重点实验室副主任。

研究方向为靶向药物递释系统,在设计聚合物材料、给药系统,克服血脑屏障高效脑靶向、肿瘤靶向递药、病灶微环境控制药物释放等的新策略设计和机制研究等方面取得突出成绩。先后发表通讯/第一作者SCI论文50余篇,获得发明专利授权5项。主编和参编共4部教材和专著,其中副主编2部。现主持国家自然基金项目和教育部博士点基金等项目。
