教学目的:
The purpose of this course is to provide students with an overview of operations management, what it includes, what operations managers do, and why they do it.
Should you have any difficulty with this course, please let me know. I am most anxious to help you, but unless you let me know that you are having problems, I may not recognize such.
课程基本内容简介:
The course highlights the use of analytical techniques in designing, planning and controlling of operations management. The objective is to equip students with a broad background and knowledge in operations management so as to be more competent in their future career development.

教师教学、科研情况简介和主要社会兼职:
我共授课6门,包括“物流管理”(IMBA) ,“运营管理”(本科生专业课) ,“物流管理”(本科生专业课) ,“管理学的模型与方法”(研究生专业课) ,“OR/MS专业英语”(研究生专业课) ,和“全球供应链管理”(EMBA课程, co-teacher) 。
科研项目
参加了下列研究项目,涉及软件供应链,供应链管理、收益管理、        物流管理和库存控制等研究领域。
1) 软件核心供应链的集成及优化方法的研究,国家自然科学基金(70502009): 2006.1至今,项目负责人
2) Software Focused Products and Service Supply Chain: Integration, Coordination and Optimization,新加坡元60,000(相当于30万人民币) ,由Singapore A*STAR (新加坡科学院) 资助,项目主要负责人,2004年在新加坡科学院SIMTECH研究所工作半年,项目已完成
3) 收益管理中的定价决策问题,RMB 2万,留学回国人员科研启动基金,由教育部留学服务中心资助,项目唯一承担人,项目进展顺利
4) 客户自适应网站系统理论架构与优化设计方法的研究,国家自然科学基金(70401010): 2005.1至今,项目第二负责人
5)供应链协调理论、应用技术和运作策略研究,国家自然科学基金重点项目(70432001),分项目负责人,负责了项目申请的部分工作
6) 竞争模式下的收益管理研究,RMB1万,复旦大学文科科研处项目,唯一承担人
7) Business-to-Business Collaboration in a Softgoods E-Supply Chain, 由美国商务部国家纺织中心 (National Textile Center the US Department of Commerce) 资助(No. I01-S01)。负责对弈论在收益管理和供应链管理方面应用的理论研究,算法设计及相关软件的开发。工作时间:2000.5-2003.10
8) Inventory Policy for Systems with Returns,由美国NSF资助,负责库存控制中最优决策的理论研究,计算方法的设计与测试工作。工作时间:2000.5-2002.7

作业和考核方式:
Students are encouraged to learn from the text and course material by themselves. Lecture time will be used to expand on what is in the text, not just repeat it. Active participation in class discussion will receive extra credits for class participation component. It is important for students to attempt assigned problems. Brief answers will be handed out by instructor. Computer assignments and case analysis are used to get deeper understanding of logistics models and analytical techniques.
