Focusing on the interaction among public policy, public management, and emerging information and communication technology, this course will discuss opportunities and challenges government are faced with in the digital age varying from policy making, government operation, public service delivery, public participation to administrative reform. Lectures will put equal emphasis on practices and research in China and abroad.
