Yan Zhang, associate professor at School of Economics and China Center for  Economic Studies in Fudan University. She held her Ph.D. in Guanghua School of Management, Peking University (2004). Her papers on fiscal decentralization and economic growth won her the Mundell-Huang Prize, the annual excellent paper of China Economic Quarterly (in Chinese), the highest citation paper of Management World in the past 30 years. Her research interests include fiscal decentralization, educational finance, economic growth and Chines economy. She was also a visiting scholar at Queen’s University of Canada and University of California, Berkeley.

  Zhao Chen, Professor & Deputy director of China Center for Economic Studies, Fudan University. He was also a research fellow of Kansai University (2011-2013), a visiting scholar of UNU-WIDER, IDEI,  Chonnam National University. He has won Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Award, New Century Star Prize and etc. His research fields include Chinese Economy, Urban and Regional Economics, Industrial Economics, Information and Incentive Theory.

Yongqin Wang, Professor of China Center for Economic Studies, Fudan University, post doc.l of Yale University. As an expert in mechanism design and Chinese economy,  He has published hundreds of papers and dozens of books and translations. He has won Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Award, New Century Star Prize and etc.
